Helena Community Credit Union (HCCU) was established in Helena in 1936 as "Helena U.S. Employees Federal Credit Union". Since that time, our name has changed a few times - to Helena Federal Credit Union, to Helena Community Federal Credit Union and in 2002 to Helena Community Credit Union - allowing a larger field of membership with each name change.
In August 2015 HCCU welcomed Elkhorn Federal Credit Union members as the result of a merger.
Helena Community Credit Union offers its members the latest in technology as well as a full menu of products - from all types of loans (including mortgage) to 24 hour account information by phone or internet, bill pay, checking, various savings accounts for all ages, as well as IRA’s, Share Certificates and VISA.
We have five full service locations (all in the Helena area) with drive through ATMs, plus ATMs at St. Peter's Hospital, and the City/County building to better serve our members. Click here to see a listing of our branches.
